<p>do most top colleges(top 30) require the subject tests. I only took the ACT and i was totally oblivious to these tests.</p>
<p>You need to look at the requirements for each college that you are considering. The website for each college will spell out what they need. Many (but not all) schools will accept the ACT with writing in lieu of the SAT and x number of subject tests and some schools don't require subject tests at all.</p>
