SAT subject tests - sending 3 scores

I am currently a senior who is about to take the following subject tests in November: Physics, Chemistry, and Math 2.

The problem is I did not have time to study over the chemistry test and my IB class did not cover 2ish units that will be tested. I expect to do well on physics and math, but I think I'll get low scores for chemistry. Another problem is that I will most likely be applying for ChemE.

Will this potential low mark in chemistry hinder my chances of admission or make my application look horrible(specifically the UCs)? (I believe UCs only recommend/"require" two subject tests, however)

If they require only 2 subject test, they will look at the best 2 scores. You should be fine. Also in most case, you don’t need to send all your SAT2 scores to schools, soo you can hide it if necessary.
