If applying to one of the schools that require ACT and SAT subject tests, can you send subject tests and not the reasoning test?

Do you mean may you send SAT subject tests but not the regular SAT? If so yes - the SAT subject tests are separate from the SAT. You need to see what each college you are interested in requires regarding tests of course.
