Even if colleges you are looking at do not require SAT subject tests, should you still take them to enhance your application and test scores? Or is it not worth it? Thanks.
It’s going to depend on the college. Often “optional” is an indication that the school likes to see subject tests even if not required. If you are considering very selective schools it is worth submitting strong subject tests simply because it gives admissions committees more data points. If time and/or money is an issue you can skip the subject tests.
