Happy with my November SAT scores :)

Great job everyone!

790 math 2

Math 2: 760

Physics-720
Bio- 770
Maths2- 800

Should I omit sending my Phy score since most colleges need only two subjects?

700 on Lit. Oh well, I guess, fair enough, I got 690 for Oct and didn’t really bother revising again too much, partly due to the college app that was crushing me. I thought the Lit test was easier in Nov though (and even somewhat enjoyable), especially the prose.

My son, 800 in Math II, 800 in Physics B. I believe they have very generous curves on these two subjects. He told me he omitted 4 questions in Math (took in in Oct). He took Physics B in the Summer, didn’t do very good either.

Did anyone take Japanese? I did take this and scored a 720 on it. Unfortunately there was not too much preparatory material available. Reading through the Collegeboard material, it appears that this a good score for a non-native speaker. I had taken 3 years of Japanese in HS and am currently taking AP Japanese in my senior year.

Can someone please help me calibrate myself and decide if i would send my results to my reach colleges.

Thanks

BTW: Math2:780, BioE: 750.

800 Biology-E

man, that was stressful as hell. I also got rejected by a girl same day as taking the test, so you can imagine it was a bad week for me.

800 Biology M :)

800 Math
800 Physics
Life is good!

What classes did you take prior to the Subject Tests? AP Physics, Chem, Calc?

xnalex - dude, those scores may not be the best but no way are those scores bad so don’t worry about community college.
PhoebeQ - Curve is not harsh. If you get 65 above you get a 800. Thats the most generous of curves i have seen in my life.

Bio: 750
Lit: 750
Korean: 800

Hello, sorry for posting here but my when I invited my counselor, he got an invite in his mail and he opted to fill my details online. When he clicked on the link it redirects him on the main page of commomapp with no further instructions. Does he have to make an account? If yes, then how. The only create account link he saw was the applicant one in which there is a column asking whether one is a freshmen or transfer student, which I do not think is correct. Please help.

Yes he has to create an account but not in the applicant forum rather in Recommender’s forum.

Choose the Recommender option when she opens the commonap home page.

Literature: 760
Math level 1: 710

Pleasantly surprised with Lit. Just happy to get 700+ in Math 1, given the tight curve. I also have a propensity for silly mistakes. Might give Math 2 next month and World History. Wondering if i should give Lit again.

thanks @shauryagupta. BTW 'cause everyone’s telling their november SAT scores
Maths 1-730
Chem- 800

Math2 800
Physics 750
I knew I’d suck at physics…,
