SAT submission question

Hi everyone,

I plan to apply to a school with rolling admissions (Penn State Main Campus) and I plan on submitting my application early, like the first week they are available.

I have a current SAT score of 1780, and I plan to submit that. If I took the SAT again in October and received a better score, would they be able to take that into consideration? Or would my application process already be "done"? Penn State doesn't send their offers of admissions until December or January, so that's why I'm asking.

I do not know about Penn State but your best bet is to pick up the phone and call them. You do not need to tell them who you are or anything. Just ask to speak to an admission’s representative and ask him/her. The last thing you want to do is retake it and then find out you can’t send that in!
