SAT Subscore Standards for Arts

Sorry guys. I know I've been posting a lot but I'm about 95% sure this will be my last one. I'm really freaking out here.
I applied to the Faculty of Arts initially because I have an SAT subscore that falls just short of the 650 that Desautels is looking for. However, upon looking at previous years' standards for Arts, it appears it was 650 for each section until last year. What are the implications here regarding my chances? And is this a gradual downward trend (last year's Arts standards remain the same) or is last year an exception, with the standards returning to 650 per section?

This page lists the admission standards for all the faculties at McGill:
https://www.mcgill.ca/applying/admissionsguide/standards/unitedstates

According to the site, the minimum SAT scores for Arts are:
620 in each SAT I and SAT II (with 600 in SAT I Math)
28 in the ACT

For Management it is:
650 in each SAT I and II
29 in the ACT

Personally, I don’t think being just below or above the minimums guarantees or nullifies admission.

Just so you know, I have 740 in CR, 740 in Math and 690 in Writing. However I still received an Entrance Scholarship which has a SAT minimum of 700 in EACH section. I think if the other 2 sections are significantly higher than the minimums, they kind of compensate for the low score in the remaining section.
