SAT test 26.01.13

for the g(x) and f(x) one, i put greater than 2 less than 6, for the organic compound i put versatility too and the passage shift was from extended something to thoughtful musings

i put for example, justifying a practice and offering an alternative. but im not 100% on any of them.

rice question was justifying a practice, the one with a friend was offering an alternative explanation

oh yeah, the shift question i put extended anecdote. anyone else get that?

can anyone confirm the g(x) and f(x) question, as well as the trapezoid one?

@mangoboy

I had a different answer for the shifting question… i put something that said the first part was anectodotal and the sencond part was musing/thoughful

^yep it was extended anecdote

yes i also got 2 to 6 for f(x) g(x) question

For the question with the teachers and money, the sentence completion, did you guys put lucrative.

I put extended anecdote -> thoughtful musings, justifying a practice

Did one of the math questions have an answer of “999”? Something about 1000<x<10,000 but thousands digit is the same

My son said that on the circle problem, the answer is 64 - 16(pi) because the area of the round table is (pi)r^2 were the r is 4 and the area of one of the table cloths is r^2 which is 16 and u have 4 of them so 4 X 16=64. therefore, 64-16(pi) is the area of cloth that drapes off the table.

@mangoboy i put profitable

yeah, it was lucrative. did anyone else get “for example” for the improving paragraph in writing?

I got extended anecdote. Also got 16pi. For the last writing sec. 10, was it the one ", not, " without a semicolon?

@kenrick i put 999 as well

yeah, i got 999 for that math question

Trapezoid I got 79, But there is a potential that 101 is correct. And i got 999. oh and the rice question, the dad was justifying a practice

lucrative, also “for example” was right. I got like 3 NE on the sentence errors

yes i got for example for the improving writing
