SAT Test Center full

There is only one test center in my city and all the seats are already booked there for Oct, Nov and December. And the preposterous thing is that registration only opened a week ago!

Should I choose the 'let collegeboard find a seat for you' option? But I'm worried they might put me in another city.

What should I do? Please help!

Is going to another city not option for you? If you ask me, if thats the only option left, go for it.

Are you a senior? If not I say hurry up and try to sign up for the Jan test! like ASAP! If you are a senior you might need to go to a different city to take the test on time.

Well things have changed since i posted this. I did sign up for the Jan test for SAT II and decided to register for ACT instead of SAT I. But surprisingly another test center was made available in my city and I registered for SAT I in Oct.

But the frustrating thing is that I didn’t know that another test-center would be made available, and now I’m only limited to colleges that would accept the Jan test.

Why would colleges only accept January tests… can’t you send the October ones?

^i meant the colleges that require SAT II tests.

Why not give SAT II in November?

there is a $24 fee for changing test date :(

You will spend thousands of dollars for college.
24$ is a small price to pay and a wise investment to change your test date.

Call college board and explain. The may waive the change fee
