SAT tests and food

I never really thought my diet had any correlation to my test-taking. But this time around I'm gonna try to make sure I eat something of actual substance before heading to the center.

What do you eat the night before?

Morning of?

Do you snack between sections?

Is eating any certain thing particularly helpful?

Does none of this matter?

try eating your test prep books

Night before: don't remember exactly, but a typical dinner
Morning of: cereal
Snacks: no (supposedly not allowed)
Does none of this matter: correct

dude, we're not allowed to eat snacks? well no wonder nobody brought anything to eat. I ate a power bar during my break at the end of a lonely hallway. No body stood up to take a break. I was almost the only one who got up.

Drink OJ before and water between and possibly a power bar between.

Eat a good breakfast, but don't stuff yourself too much. I always had potatoes (my favorite), OJ, and cereal.

Bring something you like to eat during the break, like grapes. Grapes are always good.
