i just recieved my sat scores, and they are a bit electic.
math- 720
reading- 740
writing- 760 with a 12

the last time i took the test, i recieved a 770 on math, and i have a 800 on math 2. it seems that everytime I do well on the math, i don't do as well in the other areas. how do my scores look to schools. and will they really just take the best from each subset?
thanks.

depends on the school.
most will take the best from each section, but they don't all do that.
and it's not like you went that much lower, with your 800 subject test you shouldn't have to worry about the math.

the prestigious colleges (harvard, princeton, yale, stanford) usually don't like it if you take the SAT more than twice unless u improve by about 100 for each time you take it...
