SAT v ACT - HELP PLEASE!

I took the SAT twice and my highest scores were M 680, R 800 and W 680

I'm applying to mainly Ivy League Schools like Dartmouth, Harvard, Brown.

I'm afraid that my scores were too low but some people have said that my scores were fine and to take the ACT instead.

I'm scheduled to take the ACT in December however now people tell me that it's fine to just turn in the SAT.

What should I do?

Don't take another test or take the ACT?

I would take the ACT just to see how well you did. I’m sort of in the same boat with SAT scores but I squeezed out a 34 ACT. Keep in mind that doing more testing senior year can be a big stress-factor if you let it! Take a practice test, do minor, touch up studying, and hope for the best. I would agree that your SAT scores are “fine” as is, but you’ll be much relieved if you can be in “good” territory.

If you’ve already registered, then take the ACT. You might do better on it than the SAT.

thanks! i’m definitely gonna take this into consideration
