SAT (Verbal) Vs. SAT (Writing)

If a student is taking the new SAT 1 (with three parts incuding writing) are schools now giving equal weight to all three parts (assuming a liberal arts major) or are they still weighting the Math and Verbal more heavilly than the writing? In other words, is it accurate to convert new scores (ie. 1940) to old scores by simply multiplying by.67 or do you need to discount the writing score?

Most schools give some weight to the writing, but a vast amount of them (USC, for example) still give statistics based on math+verbal scores. I'm no expert, though.
