SAT vocabulary novel

Hey! How is SAT vocabulary novel on SparkNotes? Have anyone read it? I just wondered why there is no brief introduction of the book. :[

My friend bought the book and I read the first 15 pages to see if it was helpful or not. All I can say was it was soooo stupid. It was so obvious all the vocab words were forced into the story (and they didn’t help me remember anything either) and the writer was trying so hard to relate to the reader by trying to include cliche teenager things. I’m going to stick with my flashcards thank you very much. As you can tell, I did not like the book. You can give it a try if you’d like and see for yourself. Maybe it’ll work for you. D:

I think it’s a little silly, too, and I’m not a teenager  For vocab prep, I’m a big advocate of word-nerd.com. It’s not gimmicky like the various vocabulary stories, and my students have had a lot of success with it. It’s not free, but most good things aren’t, I guess! Best of luck.

Well, THX :]

Could i get the book from any of you!
