<p>Normally, when I read word lists, some words may contain meanings that actually contain a few to many difficult words. What do you guys do in this situation? Do you bother looking up the dictionary or just reading past them?</p>
<p>You should look them up, always.
Moreover, you should keep an open dictionary as you go to make sure that you are not skipping second or third connotations of the word on the list.
It's tedious, but rewarding.</p>
<p>not all the time if you've got like 10 definitions to memorize..</p>
