SAT vs. ACT - Columbia and Other Ivy's

I did pretty good on my ACT: 34 (34 Eng 34 Math 31 Rea 36 Sci 8 Essay)
I did decent on my SAT: 2210 (680 CR 730 M 800 W 9 Essay)

I have submitted both to Columbia University on the grounds that a 34 is better than a 2210. Will they look at both, or will they take the ACT over the SAT and disregard the SAT? Because on the SAT i got 0 wrong in Writing and a 9 on the essay (800), and that's better than the ACT.

1) Will they look at both or one?
2) Will my SAT score make or break me if I have a perfect GPA, amazing extracurriculars/leadership positions, and great rec letters?

They will look and see that you are academically qualified and they will move on. Its not that big of a deal.

^ Summed it up. Once you get into the 34+ ACT range, they move on and will decide your application based on ec’s and essays and recs.
