Quick question! How hard is the SAT in comparison to the ACT?

Depends on the person, though in general the SAT is easier to study for. Keep in mind that the ACT is shorter, and thus if you are the type of person who gets anxious near the end of the test, the ACT may be a better test for you.

The English and reading questions in the ACT are much easier than that in the SAT but you have much less time in the ACT. The math is comparable although the range of difficulty in the ACT is narrower than the range in SAT Math. The question difficulty is typically the same although the ACT asks questions on a broader range of topics such as trigonometry, imaginary number, and number theory. Then there is the science section, which is easy.
