SAT vs. ACT?? Does Penn have a preference?

So I believe I have somewhat of a problem. My SAT score is below "ivy standards". My composite is 2140 (M:740 CR: 690 W: 710) and i'm taking the ACT in September. I know I will get at least a 33 composite score. So far I have taken M2:760 and will take Biology, Chemistry, and Literature in October which I know I will do well in.

I'm applying to SEAS ED for the class of 2017, and my extracurricular activities and leadership is great. My GPA is about 3.81 and I have taken the hardest coarse load offered.

My question is whether I should take the SAT again, just submit the ACT with my SAT subject test scores, or submit all of my scores (SAT and ACT). Does Penn have a preference? If not, is a 34 higher than a 2140?

Not to mention I'm an asian male from NJ... To give you a better idea of whether I have a good shot, i'll just list some of my activities:

started non-profit organization, have gained newspaper recognition, etc.
President of DECA (won several awards at states and nationals)
Research at Princeton University
1st place in a state Business plan competition (CEO)
President science team (various state awards) and member of Science Honor Society
National Honor Society member
Member of math team (state champions) and Mu Theta Alpha
Debate team captain (various awards)
AP scholar w/ distinction
George Eastman Leaders Award
Guitar ensemble and composer
80+ volunteer hours not including non-profit and member of a charity group (treasurer)
JV soccer, member of club team
JV tennis
Varsity skiing (only freshmen year)

Summer activities: debate camp, research, working on non-profit, shadowing doctor

So do I stand a decent shot (50% chance) with my current scores or would I benefit more from submitting just the ACT and subject tests. Anyone else doing ED? I'll chance back

I just realized how silly my question is considering the fact that Penn wants all scores. Maybe I should rephrase my question. Would Penn look down on the low SAT scores even if I get a 33+ on the ACT? (31 I think converts to a 2140)

Forgot to mention, I read somewhere that SEAS is easier to get into ED. Is this true? I’m planning on doing bioengineering

Your 2140 is fine. That’s what I had and got in, and I know people with even lower scores who were accepted. I wouldn’t lose any sleep over it.

Definitely do ED though if Penn is your top choice.

Thanks! how do my chances look overall, based on my activities and other factors?

Also, is it actually possible to submit just my ACT and subject test scores? I know it’s unethical, but Penn can’t really see if I used score choice right?

Just submit all of your scores. They require all of them. Not following the requirements would be stupid.
