If both of my SAT and ACT scores are okay/decent, should I submit both or just one? Also, if I submit my ACT score can I submit just my SAT I score without SAT IIs?

There is not enough information given here. What’s higher, your ACT or SAT. Also, it depends on the schools your applying to for whether you need to submit SAT IIs. Many schools that require SAT IIs give you the option of submitting SAT AND SAT IIs or ACT by itself. For these you must send both. For school that don’t require SAT IIs, you can pick and choose what to send, but without scores I can’t advise you on which to send.

It both are about the same. It is good to submit both. For most schools, you may submit SAT1 without SAT2 if the latter is not required, particularly when you are sending ACT as well.

my SAT superscore is 2140 and my ACT (with writing) is 33… I’m definitely sending my ACT scores but I also kind of want to sent my SAT ones because I had an 800 in writing (but CW was 650 and Math 690 so that also doesn’t look very good) I had a 12 on the essay on the ACT but my overall English/Writing score was a 32 which is low compared to a perfect score on SAT writing

but at the same time I don’t really want to send my SAT IIs because they’re not very high/not going to be very high (700 chem, others haven’t been released yet) and basically all the schools I’m applying to require SAT + 2 SAT IIs or ACT with writing

Thank you for taking the time to respond!

[Compare ACT and SAT Scores | ACT](http://www.act.org/solutions/college-career-readiness/compare-act-sat/)

According to the above ACT-SAT Concordance table your 33 ACT is equal to 2260 SAT. So . . . submit your ACT only and be done with it (then you don’t have to submit your SAT II’s).

FWIW: Colleges spend about 10 seconds looking at your test scores to see if they are within their range. And then they move on to the rest of your file. So, it’s not worth all the worry.

Thank you!

Having 800 in SAT writing is not very helpful. If I were you, I will just submit the ACT unless the school requires both.
