SAT vs. ACT

I'm curious, I know most schools accept either one, but I am trying to get into Harvard and along with 3 (maybe 4) SAT II Tests, Im taking the SAT... and i was wondering if I should also take the ACT?

Is it a good idea to take both tests, will colleges look to both scores or only the best score?

btw, i plan on applying to Harvard if that has any bearing on the answer

You should send whatever score is better. You can use this chart to convert SAT scores to ACT scores: Higher Education Professionals | College Board;

With that said, why not take a practice ACT and see how you do?

Check out this thread that I started a few days ago.
