Should I still take the SAT if I go to a community college and then transfer to a university? People tell me not nessecary but I don't know. Thanks

Some schools like UPenn or MIT requires SAT test scores for transfer students. You should probably study for it just incase the school you want requires it good luck!! Im also studying for the SAT even though I’m planning to go to a Community college.

You should ask what the community college and the university prefer. Some colleges prefer ACT and around here some of them only take ACT.

I would take it. When you’re coming from high school, your ACT or SAT scores determine the courses you can take in the beginning. Instead of taking beginning English, you could be taking English Comp instead.

And also check the school website for the requirements needed in transferring :)
