Tomorrow is the test. How’s everyone prepping?
The Barron’s book
Anyone else retaking from the June administration?
How did it go for everyone? I prepared for about 20 days and haven’t done World History before…found it ridiculously difficult and left 42 questions. How much is everyone expecting ?
@NA1timeuse I prepared from only The Barrons and felt grossly underprepared.
that was so difficult! but then again, haven’t taken world history since freshman year.
Is anyone canceling scores
Don’t cancel. You might be surprised on what you get. Besides, the curve is really generous.
Personally, the test wasn’t too difficult. There was an unusual amount of reading questions that killed my time. The June administration had less reading questions but more vague questions. I omitted three and predict about 5-10 wrong, so i’m hoping for an 800.
@itzperez that’s great…
So I’m applying for history as my major…and left 42 ques…I’ve already paid to send the colleges my scores. They recommend the subject sat.
What do you guys think I should do?
Also can someone tell me what the curve is like. I heard a 40/95 can give me 580…is this true
Yeah that’s within that range.
I hope I make less mistakes
One month prep really isn’t enough!
(Would not recommend for anyone who hasn’t done WH before or has less than 2months)
I had an entire year of AP World and got a 720 for the June. World History is definately not a cram subject test. I feel like I did well for this administration because of my prior knowledge and along with my current APUSH knowledge plus intensive studying a month before. Also I watched all the world history videos on GetAFive.com that really helped with cross-cultural and cross-chronological comparison. Hope this helps.
I received a 5 on the AP World exam as well.
