<p>Hello, im new to CC here but I have some questions for the essay portion</p>
<p>1) People say that you can have all your examples ready before you even enter the test area, if so could anyone share your examples and how I would use it in context? And how long is a 12 essay usually on the SAT paper, 1 page or 1 1/2?</p>
<p>2) Does anyone know any tips or tricks to get a good grade? Like maybe a logarithm</p>
<p>1) You should write as close to 2 full pages as you possibly can; quantity is golden for the SAT essay. For examples, I had a few beforehand, but I ended up just winging it and wrote about what I had learned in AP Art History and also made up another example off the top of my head (i.e. BS).</p>
<p>2) Establish your thesis as clearly and quickly as possible and have a TON of details to support your point.</p>
<p>Read Academic Hacker’s “How to Write a 12 Essay in 10 Days.” It’s by far the most valuable piece of information on how to score a 10+. I deviated a little from his plan, but the general advice was critical in my earning of an 11/12 and 800 Writing.</p>
