I took the SATs in March and got a 560 in writing 560M8E, I took a summer SAT course with Princeton Review and got a 550 570M7E. I really need help improving my score especially with the essay, how can I get a 10+. I am hoping for a 650+ for December or a 600+ for November
The weird thing is on the ACT I got a 30 on English and 10 on the essay and barley prepared. On top of that I also guessed on 6 questions.

An ACT score of 30 is roughly equivalent to an SAT score of 2000.

If your SAT score (after preparation) isn’t as high as your ACT score (without preparation), why would you even want to continue studying for the SAT? If that’s the case, the ACT is clearly a better fit for your natural abilities, and it would make sense to focus on the ACT.

Good luck.

because my ACT is 27C (30E33M23R21S) and my SAT is 1820(560W690M570R)

While improving your essay may be the fastest way to improve your score, I think it’ll do you much good to review all the basic grammar rules of the SAT and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE.
