<p>Can someone explain why the second sentence is incorrect? I was stuck between these two and ended up choosing the second.</p>

<p>The overuse of commas really makes the second sentence a mess. Also, the “which” makes it a sentence fragment and not a complete sentence.</p>

<li>is a fragment as it has no predicate. It’s akin to this: “Ralph, who may eat Crisco for dinner” or “My red hat, which I lost at the chihuahua race.”</li>
