  1. D is in passive voice. We avoid passive voice like the plague. Which sounds clearer and more interesting: "He closed the door" or "The door was closed by him"?

Typos are making the others a bit difficult to understand?

  2. first he was isolated and after that people knew about him.
    4)B and C where is unnecessary. I don’t know the other ones but A is more concise.
