Hey ccers, I recently took the sat in May and received a 710 writing with a 10 essay and 68 MC (4 Mistakes) (-____-) I was wondering if there were any specific books or workbooks out there that tell you all the rules you need to know for the sat and examples of them etc

Keep working practice tests would be my advice, eventually you’ll find the little patterns and idioms that the SAT always has, it seems like you’ve got a strong grasp of the language so it’s just the last few questions you need.

By the way in January I got the same essay score but two more correct than you, and I got 60 points higher. That’s pretty harsh :(

You can get Barron’s Writing Workbook or any other SAT guidebook and it’ll probably have Grammar rules you need to know for the SAT. Other than that, keep doing practice tests.
