What do colleges consider?
So my first SAT was reaally bad. i got a 1760 cuz i was sick. But i got a 2260 on my second one. will colleges consider the 2260?
and even if they do is the 1760 going to affect me in any way?
Depends on college.
Many colleges accept score choice, but some like Stanford doesn’t. However, since you had a major improvement, your 1st score will be shadowed by second one
Having such a large improvement will look impressive as well. 1760, when alone, might hurt you at more competitive colleges. But 1760 and then 2260 should not be negative at any school
