SAT1 score considerably lower than ACT score..... ?

My SAT1 score is a 1900 and my ACT, a 33. The selective schools I'm applying to are Oberlin, Northwestern, and Notre Dame. My SAT1 score will automatically be sent when my subject test scores are sent, right? So my question is: will my credentials take a blow when those colleges notice the discrepancy between test scores?

thanks.... i'm getting a little paranoid as the app. deadline nears.

If SAT scores are released to a college, all scores are released, that is all SAT I and SAT II. You will want to investigate further, but from the following web page it appears that for Oberlin the SAT IIs are recommended but not required and Oberlin will accept the ACT with writing.

did you take the SAT1 two or three times and end up with a 1900, or just once.

Once, and they may assume it wassa bad day, and take your ACT.
But multiple times (they say it won't hurt you) but it may

I took the SAT 1 just once.

thanks for that link, daffymom

wow thats a huge difference between a 1900 and a 33. I am sure you just had a bad day with the 1900, so they probably will take your ACT. By the way, SATIIs are optional at ND

I had pretty close to that 33 and 1920, but then i took it again and got a 2060 so at least that's closer! Math curves are evil!

No one says you have to send your SAT scores at all! Though, I'm not sure about ND.
