SAT2 question

I have taken 3 sat2's so far. Biology M, Chemistry and Math 2. I got a 710 on bio and 800 on chem and math, but I was thinking about taking physics to make up for my bio score.

I am supposed to take it tomorrow, but I don't think I will do as well as I hope, so I will probably take it in october when I know the material better. Is the extra sat2 important to have or does it not matter?

Not terribly important, no. I'm pretty sure MIT takes the top 3 scores of your SATIIs that fulfill the requirements (1 math, 1 science, 1 extra if you want), and considers those only.

I thought it was only two. Math plus a science. Either way, an extra score only helps.

You're probably right, Panasonic. The actual application form only has spots for the science and the math, now that you mention it. If you get another good SATII score, it might be worth mentioning. Overall though, it is very, very unlikely to affect their final decision on you.
