I'm looking for some good and concise notes for world history. Anyone knows of any?
Does anyone know anything about sparknotes's sparkchart for world history? I'm thinking of purchasing it but not sure if it's good or if it's appropriate for the SAT2.
Thanks....

Or any book which summarizes all the important facts and points?

Kaplan: World History

thanks Martin but i'm looking for something far more concise from that.

I used Kaplan and a tiny bit of Barrons -- I got a 750.
Surprisingly, Kaplan was useful.

Okay I shouldn't be proud of a 750 because everyone else got a 800...

don't get barrons!! too much stuff to read and too hard. I read like the first 4 chapters and got a 680 my sophy year.

I used Barrons and Kaplan, and using them both worked very well, Barrons gave me all the miniscule details while kaplan summed it all up- got an 800

I'm thinking of something like a 10-page note which summarizes all i need to know.

Charchazwick, I'm doing exactly the same thing ....
I hope for 800 too :)

How did you go about doing this? Did you study from Kaplan and then take practice tests from barron ? how did you go about it?

I read the books, only took like 2 practice tests
