SATII Physics book?

I've been looking around and it seems that many books have mixed reviews..

For someone who hasn't taken the class and plans on taking this test in October or November, which prep book should I get?

Barrons, PR, Kaplan? Others?

How hard is this exam? is a 750+ easily achieved?

Thanks in advance

Go with PR, if you study from just this book alone you could get an 800. Its a really good review. a 750+ could be easily acheived if you have experience in physics.

I used Barron's and did fine. The exam, like any other, is easy if you know the material.

Has anyone used Schaum's Physics review? I know it's not geared towards the SATII, but I was wondering if it would be enough anyway.

i used sparknotes and got a 780, but then again collegeboard has rated my school's physics department as "the best in the world" (based on AP scores) so i think it may have had more to do with my teacher than sparknotes.

however, the sparknotes tests were helpful enough, although they threw in relativity (which was distinctly not on the SAT)

This is pretty confusing.. :p .... Currently have barrons, kaplans and sparknotes..... Should I return the barrons and buy the PR instead?

I only recommend Barron's after you've fully digested PR and the main material from your classes. They have ALOT of irrelevent material on it... though the physics SATII can be unpredictable at times.

PR + kaplan + 3online tests of sparknotes will guarantee 750+.

Dont use Barrons, it has a lot of irrelevant material, mistakes and it will be very difficult to understand its material.

wat about REA?
