suppose i took the sats twice--the first time i didn't do that great, but then i was happy with my scores the second time. i know that i'll have to send colleges my sat score report, but on the actual application, do i have to write both scores down? or can/shoud i just write my best?

Does it matter much? It's all shown on your score report anyway. CB abandoned the ScoreChoice thing long ago.

I would write only the better score down just to show that that's the one you want colleges to focus on, but it really doesn't matter because they'll see it anyway.

"just to show that that's the one you want colleges to focus on"

Uh, doesn't that kind of go without saying? I mean... obviously you want them to give more weight to your better score.

well yeah... that's why it honestly doesn't matter.

Apa - your mailbox is full! you need to delete some of your messages to get messages :p

It really shouldn't matter whether you put down all of your scores or only your best. When they make your admissions card, the write down only the highest (at least that is what they said at the info-session).
