UNLV (Guaranteed Admission)
SJSU
SDSU
Cal Poly Pomona
Cal Poly SLO
UCF (Central Florida)
NYU Poly
UC Irvine (Dream School)

What are my chances for these schools since they're all pretty different? If you know of any other schools I match that has a good civil engineering program, clue me in too! Thanks!

UNLV: Safety
NYU Poly: Reach (poor financial aid)

I chanced you for everyone else, change in SAT not significant enough to change the other verdicts.

UNLV: safety
SJSU: low match
SDSU: low match
Cal Poly Pomona: low match
Cal Poy SLO: high match/low reach
UCF: match
NYU Poly: low reach
UCI: high match/low reach

Well thanks for following up after so long Catria. Is NYU Poly OOS Tuition for everyone? I’m pretty sure NY applicants don’t get any aid as much as I do…

Scderek, thanks alot! looks like im fairly safe for Cali, these other east coast schools have such higher standards but going to school in NYC sounds amazing. SDSU sounds the most appealing but 50k applications scares me but I’ll see…

Bump!!!

bump! can i get some more feedback guys? :)

Is that SAT your newest score? Just curious.

84th, yup, I took my SATs June 1st and the scores came out two nights ago on the 20th

Bump! Anyone one have any more feedback?

Bump!!!

NYU poly aid for international sucks…its too low

I live in Nevada, USA Saif. Do you mean Out of State aid?
