Saturday PSAT Grading Curve

Ok so after some snooping in the other forums, I know that I missed at least:

CR: 1 omit, 3 wrong
Math: 2 Wrong
Writing: 1 Wrong

How does the PSAT grade curve usually work? I live in a state where the cutoff is between 215-217... will this allow me to get that score or no?

(Btw the one that I think I got wrong was the Kennedy question... what was the answer to it?)

Here are the PSAT curve data from 2005-2008. First number is the raw score, followed by the average PSAT score and the historical range of PSAT scores over the last 4 years.

Math

38 80 80-80
37 76 75-77
36 73 72-74
35 71 70-72
34 69 68-70

CR

48 80 80-80
47 79 78-80
46 76 75-80
45 74 73-79
44 74 72-77
43 72 70-75

Writing

39 80 80-80
38 77 75-80
37 74 72-78
36 72 70-75
35 70 68-73
34 68 66-71

So on average you’ll get M = 73, R = 72, W = 77.

Your chances are good.

Oh thank you very much but I am so nervous :(

Crap. Look at that killer math curve…
