Saturday Schools/Detentions..

<p>I was wandering do colleges look to see if you have Saturday schools or detentions? I have around 4.1 GPA and take mostly AP courses, just had a little slip last year as a sophomore ;), was wandering if it will play a big or even any part into colleges accepting/declining me?</p>

<p>How do you know if it is on the permanent record? Am I able to ask my counselors?</p>

<p>...relax. Even if it did go to colleges, they aren't going to see it and say "Oh my god, this kid had detention. Once. Two years ago. Automatic rejection."</p>

<p>Hahaha, would you expect your school's administration to keep track of every student's detention slips just so they could send them along with the transcripts? Keeping track of each student's grades is hard enough.</p>

<p>Good thing too. Freshman year I had around 40 detentions, last year around 30, and this year only 3. :D</p>

<p>haha I'm really cool with the security as of second semester last year because I'm always doing something for Stud Gov or for some other club, so now they just kinda look the other way. It's great.</p>

<p>Okay sorry to bring this up again, just was looking at applying for colleges and seeing what was on them and one question for one of the colleges was:
