<p>I think that they reserve the right to keep the materials. Whether they keep them or not is another story, but I imagine they would keep them for at least 4 years.</p>
<p>I know businesses are expected to keep applications/resumes/etc. on file for a certain period in case of discrimination cases, etc...so they probably hold onto 'em for a while.</p>
