So, USPS, no mail is delivered yesterday. We get it. The roads were terrible. But today you decide to deliver ONLY packages (given your outside contract with UPS and FEDEX) and not the mail? Are you forgetting your primary role? No clue what you are paid by the outside contractors or what the penalty is for not delivering by the contracted time, but geez, your primary role is to deliver the mail.

@UPS- by telling me there are a lot of people in the same boat as me (not getting my package after 2 weeks) is not making me feel better. It is certainly not a good customer service to tell me I will get the package when I get the package.

By the way, it is my mother of bride dress, and it is the last one.

For over 30 years (no joke) I’ve been a patron of your pizza restaurant because I love the food. And in less than 6 weeks I’ve decided to no longer be your customer. Your food has turned terrible and I don’t know why. Same ownership. I kept trying.
The waitress even went back to your kitchen staff when I asked about food changes and came back with “don’t expect it to change.”
How sad is that? You were PACKED a few weeks ago (and it’s SEASON) and now this? Tonight was minimal with still 45 minute wait?
What’s going on? Better to say “I’ve got problems, ithe chef left”–SOMETHING! I won’t be back but willing to give you a 30 year benefit of the doubt.
