Scad, Ringling, or Sva

I am looking at colleges that have a good animation program and these three have been my favorites so far. At the moment the most convenient out of all of them would be Ringling, but my issue is that I am interested in 2d animation to be specific and though learning 3d wouldn’t be bad im worried about an overwhelming focus on it. I do personally I prefer Scad and Sva more but the cost is pretty discouraging, especially since I’ve heard that Sva doesn’t give out many scholarships. I know Sva has really impressive student work but I’m not sure that it’d be worth moving really far away and then becoming really in debt over. I could also try Calarts but I’m not setting my heart on it too much as it’s really hard to get into in the first place. I know in the end I’m going to have to decide myself but I would like a second or third opinion about it first lol. I would also appreciate if anyone can tell me a bit more about what the schools are like.
