Scaled Score, Percentile Question

When adcomms look at scaled scores from math IIC, do they just know that a 680 math iic is a 51 percentile, or they look at it as a 680?

same with a 730 on WH with a 90 percentile and a 610 on a writing with a 49 percentile.

If the score report that colleges receive have the percentile, then they will obviously know (do they?). If it affects the decision, is another question. I don't think it matters that much because there are 1.3 million that take the SAT I, but the writing test (which has the most takers) only has 200,000 people taking it, and the other tests have even less. For the most part, the people that take SAT II's are those that are going for the top schools, so the ones you are competing against, so you beat out about half of your fellow applicants in writing, and math and even more in history(in general). If the percentile were given out of all college bound seniors then your percentile for writing would be about 92nd, so it's really not that bad. Congrats on your scores.
