Scams are scary : (

Received one scam saying they'll give me 850,000 euro if i give them my contact info (from Hyundai Kia Comapny.. yes company was mispelled)

Another one was some woman from Nigeria first saying how we should be lovers and then saying her family was killed and she is now living in a refugee camp and needs my help. She sent me two pictures of herself, and then requested pictures from me.

Someone else messaged me asking me to take a paid for trip to wire some money into an account, and then i'd get half or something.

Obviously I didn't give my information and reported them. But dang it's scary. I read an article about how some of these people end up being kidnapped or murdered.

Have any of you received any of these weird scam e-mails/ messages?

Also, I have no clue why they are targeting me, I'm 17. This has happened all in the last month.

^ I don’t believe them. Thanks. You would have figured that out if you read my post.

I just think they’re still kind of scary, seeing as what has happened to people that do believe them.

I didn’t reply. thanks.

Karver you aren’t even funny.

AFAIK, most of these scams don’t result in you getting murdered or kidnapped. You just lose a lot of money.
I doubt if anyone is targeting you specifically. You probably once gave away your email to an untrustworthy site.
This happened to me as well. At one point in time my inbox was getting buried in these sort of emails. Eventually I created a new email ID and didn’t give it out to anyone except friends and family.
