...Scared of getting a D in math...

<p>I'm a High School sophomore taking Honors Algebra 2.
The chances of bringing up my grade to a C are slim, I would have to get an A on the next test and an A on the final. But I just don't understand the material at all! </p>

<p>What happens if I do get a D and what do I do?
Will I have to re take the class?
My gpa will be 3.4 including that math grade.</p>

<p>If you get a D you may want to look into retaking the class during summer school. A lot of schools don’t grant credit with a D.</p>

<p>The good new is though that retaking the class will boost your GPA, although the D will always be a part of your transcript.</p>
