Scared

The June SAT is on Saturday, and I have prepared, but not nearly enough. I know I'm not gonna get 2000 + since I couldn't ever get past 1850~1900's(not much prep, few days worth) on practice tests.

So does anyone know how it will hurt me if I took the SAT again in my junior year and got 2200 + but only got 1700-1900 on the one this Saturday?

You’re a sophomore now? If so, it won’t hurt you at all. It’s essentially a practice test. You might even take it a couple more times.

don’t they take your highest score?

So it won’t hurt me, even if I reported it along with a good score that I might or might not get?

Stanford doesn’t do score choice >.>

Also, will filling up both pages on the essay get me at least an 8 -10 on the essay?

Most top schools will “superscore,” meaning that they will look at your best score on each section.

Get a good score on the essay by following the instructions and writing a good essay.
