<p>I understand there are tons of threads already out there, and I understand that I still need to send one to Yale even if I'm a SCEA (right?). Quick question though: am I supposed to use the Common App's midyear report form? The form doesn't even have any place to enter in grades...</p>

<p>Your guidance counselor is supposed to attach a transcript to your mid-year report. (The same applies for the initial school report, where there was also no space to include grades.)</p>
<p>So the counselor needs to fill out the form again?.. there’s stuff on there about assessing the student. Why does the counselor need to fill that out if we’re already accepted?</p>
