<p>Hi Is anyone sending 1st quarter grades? I know mid year grades are required but for SCEA I was wondering if anyone has found out about sending first quarter grades because the mid year grades would not be taken into account for SCEA decisions. I know some of my friends are sending their 1st quarter grades for Early action to other schools that say it would be beneficial to send them if they are good grades.</p>
<p>Yep, I sent mine cause they were pretty good. All As except for an A- in AP Calc… darn math gets me every time. If yours are good, send them. Can’t hurt, right?</p>
<p>I read on Yale website that Yale does not look at the first trimester/mid-year report for SCEA. If I find it, I 'll post the link.</p>
<p>I faxed mine just in case they might add it to my file. It’s not “official” but sending in a good report card can’t hurt…</p>
<p>Are they required? I applied SCEA but I wasn’t planning on sending them in…</p>
