How do you pronounce your sn? It’s sort of been bugging me for a while.
It followed a I-wrote-this-at-1-in-the-morning-for-a-junior-year-AP-language-assignment-to-write-a-personal-statement-and-it-actually-turned-out-pretty-good structure. If you know what I mean. Basically, it’s creative without being a short story or something. It’s just sort of flowy…lol. That did NOT do it justice, I promise.

Idk… how do you think it’s pronounced?
I can see people thinking “Owl” and then “E.H.N.” as if the last three letters mean something. But in actuality, I just pronounce it like “Owl” “en”. It’s a random sn that I thought of on the spot lol.

@Nikkor50mm: god i hope so (about being accepted). sure, after decisions i’ll pm you the essay…i had to shorten it a lot (it wasn’t my big common app essay - just the short response) so it’s not great, but the story itself is interesting.

“That really does sound awesome!! Did by any chance the neighbor let you keep any of the babies?? That would be so cool…”
Nahh, alpaca hair is very valuable, especially when it’s the first shearing from, so they kept her until she got über-fluffy and then sold her for $26,000! however, i did get to visit until that time.

^ Did they share any of the profit with you? After all, had you not been there, the alpaca probably wouldn’t have survived and so they wouldn’t have made any money hehe

^they were going to pay us like $300, but since the momma hadn’t given birth by the time we left like she was supposed to, they gave us $500 b/c they knew it would be…interesting. just not as interesting as it was (she thought the mother would have maternal instincts and that the newborn would be ok in the august heat. apparently not!). we didn’t know how much a baby alpaca was worth at the time :P

That is actually what I thought, but it didn’t sound right… I sort of skipped over it while still looking at it in the way you do when you’re reading something by a Russian novelist and you’re like, ‘OK, this is the I-name-person, here’s the V-name person,’ etc.

Oh, and uh, 7 days 14hrs.

I can’t believe Columbia finds out on Thursday!!! I wanna find out on Thursday!!!

My sister: school has just gone by so fast this year
