So this is my life on a piece of paper, minus Saturday nights. How are my chances?I really appreciate your input and reading though these terribly obsessive Stat sheets, it must get quite redundant.

Your SAT score is weak, a bit too weak for Stanford. ECs are excellent.

I have October to improve them, should I redo SAT1s or work on that SAT2 math score?

I say redo the SAT1s if you think you can raise your score to 2230+. If not, raise the math to 800 (which is very doable).

Your academics are good, EC's are very good but scores are certainly lacking. You have a moderate chance and will probably get deferred if you go EA.

I'd say a hot piece of ass like you is a shoe-in at Stanford

zephyr151, how can you state, with such certainty, that she will be deferred EA?

I never stated "with such certainty." I said "probably."

Meaning, her scores won't get her in EA, but she certainly won't get rejected. Stanford's SCEA pool in the second year of the program will grow and they will still only take ~800 kids. The EC's are very good and might put her over the top, and if the OP had a 2250 SAT she would be IN.

Her academic pedigree (top school, 3.97 gpa, mondo ap courseload) will probably get her in EA if that happens.

Whilst I don't completely disagree since you seem to be quite knowledgeable in the matter of Stanford University, I feel that you put too much emphasis on standardized testing.

Perhaps I do. Stanford does seem to place slightly less emphasis on standardized testing than HYPM (correct me if I'm wrong) so maybe my thinking is mistaken.

It's just my view that normally the SAT/SATII scores are normally the first things seen by an admissions officer.
