SCEA required signatures

<p>I'm doing the Yale SCEA online app + supp. How am I suppose to sign the apps?</p>

<p>Also, does Yale require some kinda of SCEA declaration form that I and/or a third person have to fill out and send in (besides the SCEA applicant signature box at the top of the supplement page)?</p>

<p>You type in your name and the date. That constitutes your signature.</p>

<p>The signature box should be all you need to apply SCEA.</p>
