Does anyone have any information/experience with SCEEP’s for rising seniors? During the period do students live on campus, and what is the cost of the program? I’ve seen on their website that it’s $100 but that doesn’t seem right if you stay on campus:|
Yep, it’s $100. It’s about 2 weeks in length. They have a ton of sponsors. DD attended last year.
@umsigmadom I know I’m bumping this post up quite a bit, but I have a couple of questions. First, around what time did your daughter(s?) get her(their?) acceptance? Also what was the experience like?
I’m almost positive that all of UM’s summer program participants live on campus (in the Hill area). UM is also pretty straight forward with how much you’ll owe, so if it says $100, it’s $100.
fprosk. She was accepted in May last year and absolutely loved the program. They worked on engineering projects and took math writing and other courses. They also had a presentation at the end.
