Hello everyone. I am a transfer student entering ILR in the upcoming fall as a sophomore. My schedule enrollment date is set for July 14, so I logged onto my student center account just now, and found that four classes were already added to my schedule (without my knowing). Right now my schedule looks like this:

ILRHR 2600 - Human Resource Management (3 units)
ILROB 1220 - Intro to Organizational Behavior (3 units)
ILRLR 1100 - Intro to U.S. Labor History (3 units)
ILRST 2100 - Introductory Statistics (4 units)

How much is the workload (reading, written assignments, etc.) for these classes? Is it advisable for me to add one or two more classes, or would that be way too much work for me to handle? Prior to seeing this schedule I was looking to sign up for a class on econ and/or labor law, but now I am not so sure. Any suggestions, tips, recommendations will be much appreciated.

Update:
I added a class on labor econ (ILRLE2400 - Economics of Wages and Employment) during my appointment time. My schedule now looks like this:

ILRHR 2600 - Human Resource Management (3 units) - L. Dragoni
ILROB 1220 - Intro to Organizational Behavior (3 units) - B. Rubineau
ILRLR 1100 - Intro to U.S. Labor History (3 units) - J. Cowie
ILRST 2100 - Introductory Statistics (4 units) - P. Velleman
ILRLE 2400 - Economics of Wages and Employment (3 units) - “staff”

Manageable? All inputs will be much appreciated.

you will have tons of reading with labor history…

HR and OB are similar to psychology courses in terms of pace.

stats and labor econ you will just have to see how you fare.

i’d drop the class you added if you find it’s too much.

alright, that was what i was thinking too, but if i do drop the fifth class i would only be doing 13 units…is that too little for a semester?

i’m not sure how much credit you transferred in with…
